When one door closes, another one opens. And that door leads us into Courtney's Closet!
Courtney's Closet is the Resource Room and Hygiene Closet staff at our Clintonville office founded. Case Managers utilize this room to assist their clients with daily living supplies like shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and limited essential clothing items. These items are often not found at food pantries but still needed in client's every day lives.
Items currently in stock have been donated by our community members and supporters. Even our staff donates goods! Our Columbus Case Managers serve over 1,500 clients, and with your donation we can purchase more items to help those in need. Our team goal is to raise $5,00 which would support the pantry for another year and a half.
Every amount helps! Your donation could provide essential items, such as:
$5 individual items: soap, deodorant, skin care, hair care, razors
$10 individual items: toilet paper, dental hygiene items, menstruation products, laundry detergent
$15 laundry cleaning bundle
$25 household cleaning bundle
$30 personal hygiene bundle
The 4400 Resource Room and Hygiene Closet first began with Courtney, our Housing Supervisor, 2 years ago in her office at 4400. Over time it has grown into it's own dedicated space. We would not be able to provide our clients assistance like this without YOU!
The Team thanks you for visiting our page and donating to our cause.
Equitas Health thanks you for your commitment to stop HIV in its tracks. We thank you for helping us support a cause that matters so much to increasing the quality of life of our clients.
Do you know what U=U means? It means we now have the ability—through HIV testing and treatment—to stop HIV in its tracks. Because with routine treatment, people living with HIV can reduce the amount of HIV in their blood until it is undetectable and cannot be transmitted to sexual partners. Undetectable=Untransmittable.
We've recently accepted the challenge to participate in the 2019 Dr. Robert J. Fass Memorial AIDS Walk Ohio, the largest HIV/AIDS fundraising event in the state and I am writing to ask if you would consider making a tax-deductible contribution in support of my AIDS Walk Ohio fundraising goal.
Together our contributions will support Equitas Health’s critical medical, dental, counseling, and support services to those living with HIV, and render the virus untransmittable across our state.
Here’s why your donation—whatever amount you can give—matters:
Let’s be part of this game-changing era together.
